Dinner and overnight at your private camp.

DAY 8 Ngorongoro Crater: After breakfast at the lodge head out to the Ngorongoro Crater for an afternoon game drive. Ngorongoro is the largest caldera in the world and boasts the most diverse group of animals anywhere. Here you have the opportunity to see lion, leopard, cheetah and a host of other game species. The Serengeti is said to have over 3 million large mammals and nearly 500 species of birds. It is not unusual to see the “Big 5″ in one day (lion, rhino, elephant, leopard and buffalo). The western part of the park also hosts thousands of crocodiles, which you will be able to view from a safe distance. One day you will have lunch at camp and the other day a picnic lunch in the park. Both nights are spent at the private camp. The rolling hills and acacia trees make for the perfect African sunset.
