February 2009- We cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this trip truly was- so much more than we had ever imagined. Themmy is the kindest person I have ever met. I cried the morning we left- loved all of the camp staff and the animals were WONDERFUL! It truly was a lifetime experience and the journey through all of it was exceptional. Hard to imagine there was not one glich in the entire 15 days from departure to arrival back home. You have added a real chapter to our lives!!!

March 2007 - My Husband myself and 6 other friends and family went on a 12 day Safari in March 07 with Choroa Safari Company. It was one of the greatest Experiences in my life and one that I will remember forever.

Themmy is a wonderful Guide and a very caring Person who is very knowledge about all the animals and History of the areas you are in and all the beautiful sights before your eyes! Africa is such a magical Place and Themmy shows you all its Natural Beauty and Wonderful Animals in all their Glory!

His whole Crew tends to your every need and desire. They have thought of everything and even though you are “Camping” it is 5 star all the way! The guys are all really nice guys and we had some really great conversations about Africa and their daily lives. George who is the cook so proudly gave me a tour of his kitchen and showed me how all the meals were prepared. Ally and I some wonderful conversations about his life and he taught me Swahili at my request.

They serve you 5 star meals everyday and the service and accommodations is top notch and you are pampered as much as possible in such a wild place!

This trip was a dream of all of ours and I intend to go back and it will be with Choroa that we do a return trip.

We had an INCREDIBLE time on Safari! Themmy (our guide from Choroa and apparently one of the owners) was THE BEST!!!!! You could not have provided a better tour for our group. His whole team, the food, the tents, all the little extra details that made it extra special - were great. Themmy is always, upbeat, patient, kind and AMAZING at spotting animals for us to see. He is also wonderfully well informed and able to answer all of our questions and believe me, some were not easy!

We had a GREAT that & we would HIGHLY recommend them and especially Themmy!!!!

August 2006 - What an amazing time our family shared together on safari in Tanzania this summer. The whole trip was all together very organized and well planned. The people were nice, the food was great, and the hot air balloon ride over the Serengetti was breath taking. The lodges we stayed in were beautiful but the tent camping in Tarangire and the Serengetti National Parks were absolutely the best with all the luxuries of home (you guys out did yourselves). The game drives each day offered more than expected. Each one filled with plenty to see and experience... some with exciting moments we will never forget. We truly enjoyed the time and company we shared with our guide because of the knowledge he had of the animals and all the surroundings, and not to forget his keen eyesight... Thanks Themmy! We would have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to anyone. It is something we look forward to doing again. Thank you all so much for the wonderful adventure!
